A unique luxurious apartment within an outstanding church conversion imaginatively designed to include many original features including natural stone walls and Gothic arched windows illuminated by halogen down lighters and strategically placed led uplighters with contemporary wood and chrome details and a decked balcony with panoramic views South and West.


On the lower level there is a large entrance hall containing a deep walk in cupboard for you to store fishing rods, golf bags, boots etc. The charming master bedroom, with a feature stone wall and arched window, has a king sized bed and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom also has an arched window and two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The separate stunning bathroom has a Gothic arched window, a designer free standing bath on a chrome stand and a shower. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with all modern cons, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer gas hob and a double electric oven. An arched window, with a breakfast bar, looks south with fantastic views to the surrounding countryside and hills. The room also has a dining table and chairs to seat four comfortably.


A feature open stairway with pine and chrome spindles leads to the upper level where there is a large sitting room with French doors leading to a balcony which enjoys the sun throughout the day and has breath-taking views to the south and west. There are two double sofas, tables, large TV, a velux window and natural wood ceiling beams in the lounge and a table and four chairs on the balcony.

Solid Oak

There is gas central heating throughout the apartment, all windows are double glazed and the floors are solid oak. There is a common reception Hall on entering the building, with a carpeted staircase leading to the apartment (39 stairs). The apartment has secure parking in the basement, which is accessed to the rear of the building, an area to store bikes securely and an entry door system.

Pets welcome. Crieff town centre is a 2 minute walk away with some great restaurants including Yanns and Delivinos. Gleneagles golf course is a 15 minute drive away.
